1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Project Not Started: A full refund is available if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
Delays Caused by Us: If we fail to initiate or make reasonable progress on your project without valid cause or communication, we may issue a partial or full refund.
Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the project due to internal issues or unforeseen circumstances, a full or prorated refund may be offered.
Unresolved Technical Issues: If critical bugs or functionality issues persist and we are unable to resolve them, a partial refund may be issued depending on how much work was completed.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
a. Change of Mind After Work Has Begun
   Once development has started, we do not offer refunds for a change in business direction, strategy, or preference.
b. Delayed Feedback, Approvals, or Inputs from Your End
  If you cause project delays by not responding with timely feedback, assets, or decisions, we cannot be held responsible for resulting issues or delays.
c. Scope Changes After Agreement Without a Revised Contract
  Requests for features or changes outside the original agreement, if not formally revised and approved, are not covered under refund terms.
d. Project Cancellation for Convenience After Significant Work is Completed
  You may cancel the project at any time, but if a substantial portion of work has already been done, a refund will not be issued for completed stages.
e. Third-Party Service Failures (Domain, Hosting, Gateways, etc.)
  We are not responsible for delays or malfunctions caused by third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, or external APIs.

We will respond within 7 business days to assess your request. If approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, depending on the payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the portion of work not yet delivered or any unresolved technical issues. The amount is calculated at our discretion based on time spent, resources used, and value delivered.
