1. Service Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Outsource India Direct, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.


2. Project Engagement

Initial Consultation & Agreement

Every project begins with a detailed consultation to outline your needs. A written agreement will specify the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

Scope Changes

Any modifications to the original scope require prior written approval and may affect both timeline and pricing.


3. Payment Terms & Pricing

Project-Based Pricing

  • Quoted in USD

  • Fixed-price contracts for clearly defined projects

  • Milestone-based payment structure (typically 30%-50%-20%)

  • Out-of-scope work billed additionally

Payment Schedule

  • 30% upfront to begin work

  • 50% upon key milestone or midway

  • 20% upon project completion and final delivery

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (preferred)

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards

Late Payments

Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Delays beyond this may result in a 2% monthly late fee and temporary suspension of project activities.


4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Client Ownership

  • You own all custom code and creative work upon full payment

  • Complete source code and deliverables will be shared at project closure

  • You have full rights to modify, resell, or reuse your assets

Our Portfolio Rights

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

  • Tools, libraries, and frameworks used retain their original licenses

Confidentiality

We uphold strict confidentiality regarding all client data, source code, and proprietary business information. All team members are under NDAs and follow internal security protocols.


5. Warranties & Limitations

Our Warranties

  • Bug-free delivery at handover

  • 90-day warranty for reported issues

  • Basic performance and speed optimization

  • Best practices followed in coding and security

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals

  • Share complete and accurate requirements

  • Provide access to relevant platforms and content

  • Adhere to agreed payment terms

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to third-party services or force majeure

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Issues caused by client-side changes or misuse


6. Support & Maintenance

Included Post-Launch Support (Free for 90 Days)

  • Bug fixes

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • Help with documentation and deployment
